Shipping Policy

After placing the order, the customer will receive a purchase confirmation letter sent by the system email. All transaction information is subject to this confirmation letter. Please be sure to fill in the correct contact information before confirming the purchase.

 

  • When the goods are ready for shipment, we will notify you of the goods tracking information by email and Whatsapp, so that guests can track the delivery status.

  • Shipping time: General online orders can be sent out within 2-4 working days or delivered to designated stores.

  • Due to the actual situation such as traffic, area, weather and other force majeure factors, there are delays, suspensions or rescheduling, regardless of whether the reasons for these delays or rescheduling are within the scope of domain control, the domain will not be held responsible.

  • To change the delivery address or date and time and modify the original sales order, you need to call the Domain Customer Service Department at least 24 hours before delivery, from 9 am to 6 pm (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
